Learning Objective: In this module, participants will learn the G.R.O.W. coaching methodology
and demonstrate how to use it.

C. Developing Action Plans
Learning Objective: In this module, participants will move the coaching experience forward
towards actionable plans that their team members can be accountable for.

D. Managing Performance
Learning Objective: In this module, participants will learn how to keep their team members
